Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team at The Heathers in Armagh. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our service users. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support and care to individuals on night shifts, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and care to service users on night shifts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Monitor and report any changes in service user needs or concerns

Requirements:
  • Qualifications in healthcare or social care (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Dedicated and compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
