About the Role:

As a skilled HGV Trailer Technician with Kemp Recruitment, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs, and modification work on a fleet of HGV trailers. You will provide technical support from fault analysis through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-MOT checks and undertake any necessary repairs
• Conduct quality control tests and present trailers for MOTs
• Carry out general HGV Trailer Technician duties

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles and HGV trailers
• HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but not essential)
• Fully qualified HGV Trailer Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
• Double deck maintenance experience and welding skills are desirable
