HGV Trailer Technician Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled HGV Trailer Technician to join our team at Kemp Recruitment. As a HGV Trailer Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs, and modification work on our fleet of HGV trailers. You will also provide technical support from fault analysis through to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Carry out maintenance, repairs, and modification work on HGV trailers
* Provide technical support from fault analysis through to completion
* Undertake pre-MOT checks and repairs as required
* Conduct QC tests and present trailers for MOTs

**Requirements**

* In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles and HGV trailers
* HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but not essential)
* Fully qualified HGV Trailer Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
* Double deck maintenance experience is desirable
* Welding experience is desirable
