Key Responsibilities:- Visiting trade and construction tool retailers to represent the DeWalt product range and maximize sales opportunities
- Achieving sales growth across your territory and ensuring all sales opportunities for new products are maximized
- Implementing promotional deals and planning how best to promote them across your territory
- Building great relationships in store and ensuring the database is kept up to date with contacts, product ranges stocked, pricing, and competitor activity for each outlet you visit
- Continually growing your technical knowledge of the products and marketplace
- Identifying and training in-store tool specialists
- Identifying and following up new business and new product opportunities across your territory
- Being an ambassador for the brand, participating in commercial trade shows and events
- Sales focused with the ability to plan strategically and driven by priorities and achieving goals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and sell with ease
- Solid sales background and a passion for power tools and DIY
- Full UK driving license
- Great package offered including £29,300 per annum plus up to 10% bonus
- Flexible hours - 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
- 28 days holiday allowance with the opportunity to accrue up to 33 days
