B2B Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating profitable revenue, building customer loyalty, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage key accounts to drive incremental sales for WPS through site penetration, acquisition, and product range extension.
- Support sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, sales quotes, sales information management, product training, and financing.
- Track transactions and prepare reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas, and sales representative earnings.
- Work with sales managers to execute optimum sales approaches and build and manage your sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals.
- Provide preferential treatment to specific accounts, handle escalated queries/complaints, and achieve and exceed relevant KPIs.
- Carry out outbound telephone calling campaigns to promote the Seton brand offer and/or follow up on specific direct mailing campaigns and promotions.
- Minimum 2 years sales operational experience in a high-pressure, dynamic telemarketing, sales, customer service, or contact centre sales environment.
- Minimum 2 years key account management ownership.
- Excellent computer literacy, with a comprehensive knowledge in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- SAP knowledge preferred, although full training can be given.
