Job Title: B2B Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a range of key accounts to drive incremental sales and revenue growth.
  • Support sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, sales quotes, and sales information management.
  • Track transactions and prepare reports regarding sales results, leads, sales quotas, and sales representative earnings.
  • Work closely with sales managers to execute optimum sales approaches and build and manage sales pipelines.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals, while providing preferential treatment to specific accounts and handling escalated queries and complaints.
  • Grow sales of key accounts and the territory as a whole through executing specific account strategies and carrying out outbound telephone calling campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed relevant KPIs, including revenue targets, outbound calls, quote conversion targets, customer response handling targets, data quality capture and accuracy, and productivity.
  • Provide backup and support for other contact centre roles as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years sales operational experience in a high-pressure, dynamic telemarketing, sales, customer service, or contact centre sales environment.
  • Minimum 2 years key account management ownership.
  • Excellent computer literacy, with a comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • SAP knowledge preferred, although full training can be given.
