Job Title: Confidentiality Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Confidentiality Officer to join our team at Sykes Cottages Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive data within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
  2. Provide guidance and training on confidentiality and data security best practices.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement incident response plans.
  5. Monitor and report on data breaches and other security incidents.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and regulatory requirements.
  7. Liaise with external bodies to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  9. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all confidentiality-related tasks.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Location: To be discussed with the hiring manager.
