Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Pontypool.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on prospective customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and build relationships
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to clients
  • Engage in cold calling to secure new business leads
  • Record and manage customer information on our CRM system
  • Arrange meetings and presentations with clients
  • Attend meetings and events to build relationships and secure new business
  • Contribute to the development of our marketing strategy
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales is essential
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not necessary
  • Able to drive and have access to a car is essential
  • Highly motivated and driven individual
