Business Development Manager

Quadzu Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our client base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities in the SaaS and workforce management space.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using our CRM tool to ensure consistent follow-up and communication.
- Work with the marketing and development teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from lead generation to post-sales support.
- Build relationships with prospects, understand their workforce challenges, and demonstrate how our solution can help meet their business goals and address the challenges they face.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and business success.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the SaaS or workforce management space.
- Proven experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate software products.
- Driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and business success.
