They will be responsible for building relationships with prospects, understanding their workforce challenges, and demonstrating how our solution can help meet their business goals and address the challenges they face.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using our CRM tool to ensure consistent follow-up and communication.
- Work with the marketing and development teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from lead generation to post-sales support.
- Identify and engage with new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the SaaS or workforce management space.
- Proven experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate software products.
- Driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and business success.
