Business Development Manager

Quadzu Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage with new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using our CRM tool to ensure consistent follow-up and communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to post-sales support.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the SaaS or workforce management space.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate software products.
- Driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and business success.
- Full UK driving license.
