We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Administrator to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional business support services to our external partners and internal colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational business support services through the day-to-day running of external business partnerships and internal colleagues.
- Support the delivery of new business and renewal partnerships, including policy administration and risk management statistics.
- Offer regulatory, distribution, and administrative business support to ensure compliance and financial stability.
- Develop and maintain policy documentation, training materials, and process documentation.
- Provide operational support to Partnership Development Managers and Executives.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills, both verbally and in writing.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a data-driven role, with a proven ability to use Excel to an intermediate level.
