At Ripon Farm Services Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Agricultural Service Technician to join our team. As an Agricultural Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics and repairs on agricultural or turf equipment, ensuring the department's profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural or turf equipment
- Advise customers on optimisation techniques for their machines and products offered by Ripon Farm Services and John Deere
- Successfully complete mandatory training to support product knowledge and to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge
- Comply with all Health and Safety legislation, Company Policies and Procedures, to ensure safety of all staff, customers, and visitors
- Complete all reports and administration required for work assignments on time
- Ensure own and company tools are stored neatly and in their correct locations and are adequately maintained
- Perform pre-delivery set up on new or used equipment and supports service specialists when required
Requirements:
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment (full training will be provided)
- Driving licence required for company vehicles and agricultural equipment
