Postdoctoral Researcher in Pharmacometrics
Job Description:CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join their team in Bracknell. The successful candidate will play a key role in high-impact research endeavors, spanning from discovery to advanced clinical development of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC).
Key Responsibilities:- Establish the appropriate dose and regimen to achieve better therapeutic index and understand preliminary dosing requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive and flexible framework for modeling ADC PK/PD and the Exposure-Response relationship in both preclinical and clinical settings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments to support pharmacometric modeling and simulation.
- PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Sciences, Computational Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience using relevant software such as R, Monolix, NONMEM, MATLAB, or similar.
- Experience in QSP, PK/PD, exposure-response modeling or other modeling & simulation related discipline.
- Understanding of pharmacokinetics and/or pharmacodynamic principles.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Location:This role is based at our client's site in Bracknell, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring office presence two times per week.
