Postdoctoral Research Scientist

PE Global is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Scientist to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Bracknell. This is a 24-month hybrid contract with 2 days a week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive framework for modeling ADC PKPD and exposure-response relationships in preclinical and clinical settings.
  • Establish the appropriate dose and regimen to achieve a better therapeutic index and understand preliminary dosing requirements.
  • Create a cellular mathematical model with a deep understanding of physiochemical properties, affinity, and half-life.
  • Determine the molecule's therapeutic index by assessing its affinity and half-life.
  • Possible expansion to other antibody conjugates, such as siRNA conjugates or Radioimmuno conjugates.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Sciences, Computational Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with relevant software such as R, Monolix, NONMEM, MATLAB, or similar.
  • Experience in QSP, PK/PD, exposure-response modeling or other modeling & simulation related disciplines.
  • Self-directed and highly motivated individual with a strong publication record.
  • Excellent communicator with presentation experience and proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of pharmacokinetics and/or pharmacodynamic principles.
