Associate Research Lead

Job Description: As an Associate Research Lead at Vctavern, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth. Your primary responsibilities will include outlining key scientific questions, developing experimental plans, and managing relationships with academic KOLs and thought experts. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating early scientific and IP employees, as well as overseeing operational tasks such as lab facility setup, purchasing, and HR management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of a STEM-based PhD or MD from a top university
- Experience in life sciences biotech, start-up, or entrepreneurial activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
