We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of general office administration tasks, including scanning documents, managing emails, and maintaining the HR system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Compliance Manager in maintaining the HR system and sending scheduled notifications
  • Producing and circulating monthly reports
  • Checking payroll against the HR system
  • Collating tickets on the operating system
  • Verifying permit-to-works against a spreadsheet
  • Confirming subcontractor tickets against invoices
  • Monitoring stocks and ordering when required
  • General office admin tasks, including scanning and managing emails
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is desirable
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
