Our client is a transport and driver training consultancy, based in Grays who are passionate about client satisfaction. They recognise that their success is dependent on the success and satisfaction of their clients and are looking for like-minded individuals to join their team as a **Trainee** **Administration Assistant.**

**Duties (include but are not limited to)**
- Receptionist duties; meeting and greeting visitors and course attendees
- Regularly inputting new data and updating the company system
- Answering phone calls, helping customers effectively or passing on to the right person
- Facilitating training courses; registering attendance and providing refreshments where required
- Supporting with creating and updating client invoices accurately
- General administration duties

**Person Specification**
- A well-organised individual with excellent attention to detail
- Strong MS Office / Excel skills
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Experience in a Customer Service environment (e.g hospitality/retail) is desirable

Driving Licence required: Yes (Due to location)

DBS/criminal records check to be carried out by employer: No
