Shift Leader - Chester

We're seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our Turtle Bay team in Chester. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and set the tone for excellent customer service
  • Support team members in developing their skills and knowledge
  • Manage stock and inventory levels to ensure efficient operations
  • Recruit and train new team members to maintain high standards
  • Conduct pre-shift briefs and team check-ins to ensure everyone is on the same page
