About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Chester. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving brand standards, and working as part of a successful team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the restaurant, bar, and lounge, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Coach and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Maximize opportunities to sell and promote our food and beverage offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of Health and Safety and Food Safety.
  • Administer and manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
