We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Nurse/Paramedic to join our community services team at Compton Care.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide clinical, hands-on care to patients in their homes, aiming to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
- Offer specialist knowledge, expertise, and support to patients and carers, enabling them to stay in their homes if that is their wish.
- Develop and maintain effective communication skills, with advanced training or willingness to undertake this training.
- Work collaboratively with health and social care colleagues from other organizations to provide high-quality palliative and end of life care.
- Travel using your own vehicle, holding a UK driving licence and relevant insurance.

Job Requirements:- Clinical Nurse Specialist/Paramedic Community planned care team
- 30 hours per week, predominantly Monday - Friday with occasional requirement to work unsocial hours
- Salary: £35,388 - £44,117 per annum (Band 6)
- Location: Compton, Wolverhampton and working across the community
