About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a renowned school in Haywards Heath. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to students with ADHD, autism, and behavioural needs, creating a safe and enabling learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
  • Assist in developing and delivering a tailored curriculum

Requirements
  • Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
  • Relevant experience in SEN and challenging behaviour
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS
