New Build Housing Scheme Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Kings Lynn. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a site team to deliver a brand new, multi-phased residential scheme comprising 400 traditional build houses and apartments.
The ideal candidate will have a background in managing volume housing projects and should be able to manage programmes and budgets, drive the site to an exceptional quality finish, and manage subcontractors.

- Deliver a high-quality finish
- Manage subcontractors
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including up to £80,000 salary, up to 20% bonus paid quarterly, and £7,500 car allowance or company car.
