Residential Development Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a site team in delivering a brand new, multi-phased residential scheme in Kings Lynn. This development comprises 400 traditional build houses and apartments spanning 5 back-to-back phases over a 5-year build programme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that initially consists of a Site Manager and an Assistant Site Manager, with plans to increase the team size as the project progresses. They should have a background in delivering new build residential schemes and managing volume housing projects with PLC housebuilders or Tier 1 main contractors.
Salary and Benefits:- Up to £80,000 salary
- Up to 20% bonus paid quarterly
- £7,500 car allowance or company car
- Excellent pension, holiday allowance, and package
Our client is a successful privately owned residential developer with extensive funding and investor backing, and has over 6,000 plots in their land bank. They aim to deliver 1,000 units a year across two regions based out of one divisional office.
