About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Estate Maintenance Professional to join our team at Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours across 5 variable days, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from guests on site.
  • Participate in renovation projects and attend planned daily maintenance tasks.
  • Complete necessary paperwork following repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the grounds team to ensure the appearance of the retreat is maintained to its five-star standard.
  • Perform grass cutting and strimming, edge borders, and clear pathways.
  • Maintain a clean and debris-free environment.
