Real Estate Legal Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conveyancing law and practice, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The role involves handling a wide range of conveyancing matters, including registered and unregistered property transactions, freehold and leasehold cases, remortgages, and land registry applications.
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary, estimated at £42,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on location and experience, along with an attractive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling conveyancing matters from inception to post-completion
- Working on a wide range of conveyancing cases, including residential and commercial properties
- Developing skills and expertise in conveyancing law and practice
