Job Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled handyman to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies based in Kings Lynn.

This multi-site role will involve providing building maintenance services across various disciplines, focusing on keeping services and costs in-house. Experience working in commercial premises, particularly the retail sector, would be highly beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Carry out PPM (Predictive Maintenance) and reactive building works internally and externally, including roof repairs, gutter clearance, brickwork repairs, floor repairs, car park/yard works, and roller shutter maintenance.
  • Perform minor painting repairs and carry out tasks related to plumbing and drainage, such as unblocking drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £27,980 per annum, paid travel time, overtime opportunities, company-provided vehicle, 33 days' annual leave, pension scheme, and private healthcare benefits.
