Nurse Team Leader Community Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Team Leader to join our team at the Whiteleaf Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions and arrange diagnostic tests as needed
- Recognise deterioration in patient condition and take appropriate action/escalation
- Manage emergency situations and make sound decisions in changing clinical environments
- Display excellent analytical ability and decision-making skills in complex situations
This is a full-time position with on-going contract length. Shift patterns include Mon-Fri 9-5 with occasional duty late shifts 12-8pm and weekends. The salary for this role is £21.80 per hour during the day, £28.30 per hour on Saturdays and nights, and £34.87 per hour on Sundays and bank holidays.
Requirements- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a similar role working for a UK hospital within the last 2 years
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up-to-date with current nursing practices
