About the Role


We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning and Behaviour Mentor to support our young people at Pivot Academy Kirklees. This role plays a vital part in addressing the barriers to learning for our learners, supporting in the classroom and enabling them to achieve their full potential.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Supporting learners with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs in a therapeutic nurture provision
  • Engaging and inspiring learners to learn new skills and develop their self-esteem
  • Working collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and fun working environment
