Our SE Regional Team based in Dorking requires an experienced Regional Team Assistant to support their day-to-day activities.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to schedule ecologists for various surveys located throughout the south east region, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling ecology staff for surveys and maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining and monitoring work equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the team
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably with scheduling or event planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently
  • A bright and positive attitude to contribute to a dynamic work environment
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
