Process Safety Specialist

NES Fircroft is currently recruiting a Process Safety Engineer on behalf of our major Chemical client, based in Newton Aycliffe.
About the Role:This is a long-term (1+ year), outside IR35 contract opportunity working full time (Mon-Fri). The Process Safety Engineer will support the client across Process and Safety activities on the site's assets, including both projects/design and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the client across Process and Safety activities on the site's assets.
- Work on projects/design and operations.
- Have risk assessment skills and knowledge of specific tools required.
- Be able to interpret results.
- Degree holder in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Chartered Engineer with significant Process Safety experience within the Chemical industry or similar.
