About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at INEOS Hygienics. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing packaging and product requirements, collaborating with the Procurement and NPD teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
  • Manage supplier relations and negotiation to develop high-performing sustainable partnerships.
  • Prepare benchmark data, supply market intelligence, and supplier scoping to inform procurement decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to drive innovation and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement processes and procedures.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
