We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SkyCare Ltd, a purpose-built care home in Wednesfield, West Midlands. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Job Summary:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users, while maintaining a professional and discreet manner at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users
- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous medical records
- Behave in a professional and discreet manner at all times
- Prioritize health problems and intervene appropriately to assist service users in complex, urgent or emergency situations
- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Ability to work on shift/rota pattern
