Nurse - Night Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a well-established Nursing Home in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the management and care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer prescribed medication, including PRN medication, in a safe and timely manner.
- Complete detailed daily documentation and record keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Update client care plans regularly and as required to reflect changes in resident needs.
- Respond to the daily clinical needs of individual residents, providing person-centred care and support.
- Communicate effectively with the management, care team, and external professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Nursing qualification with NMC registration.
- Experience in elderly care, with a strong understanding of dementia and complex mental health needs.
