Nurse - Night Shifts

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SkyCare Ltd, a purpose-built care home in Wednesfield, West Midlands. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
About the Role:- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users, ensuring a high level of dignity and respect.
- Behave in a professional and discreet manner at all times, adhering to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code.
- Prioritize health problems and intervene appropriately to assist service users in complex, urgent, or emergency situations.
- Produce accurate, contemporaneous, and complete records of service user interaction and consultation, consistent with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Hold a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
- 36 hours per week, day shifts.
