Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to implement the global resource strategy while supporting alignment of business systems and processes with operational teams.

This multifaceted role plays a crucial part in driving business expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global excellence resource strategies that align with the GT Service's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the Regional Development Plan collaborating with the Training department.
  • Lead the implementation of the Salesforce Lightning system and contribute to system improvements.
  • Responsible for inputs into the Hub Hiring Plan and aligning with the head of the business.
  • Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand their resource requirements.
  • Supervise resource usage and availability, adjusting as needed to meet changing business needs.
  • Analyse resource data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain resource management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to resource management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in resource management, project management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in resource management software and tools.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
