Professional Indemnity Account Handler Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance for a skilled Account Handler to join a leading Insurance Broker in Bristol. Our client is experiencing growth and is looking for an experienced professional to join a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, insurers, and colleagues
  • Manage Mid-Term Adjustments and Renewals efficiently
  • Develop relationships with preferred insurers and build knowledge of their products
  • Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulatory standards
  • Effectively communicate in writing, reports, and on the telephone
  • Process Mid-Term Adjustments, Renewals, and Debiting in a timely manner
  • Review policy cover at renewal and arrange marketing or insurer negotiation as necessary
  • Manage workload within Renewal protocol deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous Account Broking experience in the Insurance industry is essential
  • Experience dealing with Commercial Insurance Products, particularly Professional Indemnity for various businesses
  • Technical product knowledge and Cert CII qualification are beneficial
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships quickly
