Independence and Wellbeing Advisor RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Independence and Wellbeing Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their skills and knowledge within Social Care.
As an Independence and Wellbeing Advisor, you will be responsible for managing social care enquiries and providing support to Suffolk residents. You will work closely with a large team of qualified professionals to support and enable Suffolk County Council Customer First to fulfil its statutory duties to vulnerable adults, children, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social care enquiries and provide support to Suffolk residents
- Develop knowledge and skills within Social Care
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
