About the role

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic People Team. As a key member of the team, you'll provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, and training programs. Your expertise will help shape policies and procedures, driving employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on performance management, disciplinary action, grievance handling, absence management, and conflict resolution.
  • Investigations: Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
  • Training and Development: Coach managers on best practices in employee relations and develop targeted training programs.
  • HRIS System and Data Experience: Maintain accurate employee data in BambooHR, analyze data for trends and insights, and utilize the system to manage key people processes.

About You

We're looking for a seasoned professional with proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor or similar role. You should have strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, while a master's degree is preferred.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
