The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to lead and manage all business development and marketing activities. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence and expanding our market reach within North Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and cultivate relationships within the local community to generate new business opportunities.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve lead generation targets, driving business growth and employment expansion.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to raise awareness of our services and employment opportunities.
  • Manage the referral pipeline and establish strong connections with key stakeholders, including business leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Define marketing plans and digital strategies aligned with established goals to enhance brand visibility.
