Parking Representation Officer

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Representation Officer. This is a 3-month contract opportunity to work with our Parking and Licensing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and approving statutory permissions to park on kerbside space, suspending parking, and licensing the use of the highway. They will also be responsible for minimising fraudulent use of valuable parking/highway space by checking customer eligibility and validating requests.

Essential Skills and Experience:

We are looking for an individual with knowledge or experience of administering parking permits, parking suspensions, and highways licences. Experience of managing an inbox and providing a high standard of response to customers within defined SLA timelines is also essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, computer literate, and have excellent written communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Additional Requirements:

The successful candidate will be required to work from home and will need to be able to take ownership of issues and resolve problems for customers. They will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
