Job Title: Infrastructure Finance Managing Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead our Infrastructure Finance team, with a strong track record of origination, deal execution, and client relationship management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing deal teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate new transactions and develop new client relationships
  • Lead multidisciplinary deal teams to deliver best-in-market advisory and arranging outcomes for clients
  • Develop and motivate the team, ensuring active control of risks on all new and existing deals
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a strong understanding of loan and bond markets
Requirements
  • Established and relevant client base with proven ability to originate deals and focus on clients' needs
  • Deep understanding of loan and bond markets, their dynamics, and related instruments
  • Strong credit and structuring capabilities to propose relevant and attractive financing solutions
  • Proven deal execution experience with confidence in managing deal teams and processes
