beBee Professionals in Swansea is looking for a highly skilled Production Equipment Maintenance Expert to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to work with our production teams to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering and previous experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities will include performing routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures and malfunctions, ensuring all machinery complies with safety regulations and quality standards, and collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role. We also require a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive health and pension benefits, ongoing training and certification programs, and a dynamic and innovative work environment.
