Role Overview:

ENGINEERINGUK requires an experienced Equipment Availability Specialist to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. This is a challenging role that involves leading a team of engineering technicians to ensure the highest level of equipment availability.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  3. Provide training and development opportunities to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Monitor and report on equipment performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Support the Reliability Engineering Manager in implementing safety and statutory compliance programs.
  6. Contribute to the development of maintenance plans and schedules.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
