Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

At beBee Professionals, we're seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide top-notch on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure that our customers' technical equipment is functioning optimally and deliver exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, guaranteeing full functionality and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex problems.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on equipment operation, empowering them to get the most out of their technical equipment.
  • Prepare and submit service reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless communication with our clients.
Requirements:
  • A degree or certification in Engineering or a related field, demonstrating your technical expertise.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role, showcasing your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems, allowing you to tackle complex issues with confidence.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites, ensuring you're always on the go and ready to provide exceptional service.
