About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Vistry South East, based at our Ford Airfield site in West Sussex. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our Major Construction projects, ensuring that all budget, risk, specification, project timescales, customer and business objectives are met in full.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support the control and delivery of projects to meet Client Requirements (safety, quality, cost, time, etc.)
  • Manage internal/external design teams/consultants to meet project deadlines
  • Manage all correspondence related to the project
  • Ensure that detailed plans are developed commensurate with the overall project plan
  • Understand and appreciate the commercial implications and drivers within the construction process
  • Strategically produce and regularly review the project programme to ensure completion on time

  • Valid SMSTS Certificate
  • NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
  • Valid Scaffold Inspection certificate
  • Qualified to the required CIOB Grade applicable at the time in accordance with group policy
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project and Asta Team plan
