Technical Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the control of the complete design process, managing consultants, liaising with statutory and local authorities, and ensuring designs comply with all necessary legislation and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design process, including the management of consultants and liaison with statutory and local authorities
  • Ensure designs comply with all necessary legislation and standards
  • Coordinate submission of designs and securing technical approvals
  • Provide information for Housing Association contracts and attend progress meetings
  • Assist the Land, Planning & Development teams with advice during the land acquisition stage
  • Chair predevelopment meetings with external consultants and internally within the business unit
Requirements:
  • Proven ability in a Senior Technical Coordinator role of delivering design for projects on time, to budget, and quality standards
  • Excellent organization and time management with ability to multitask
  • Principle Designer and associated Health and Safety training/qualifications
  • CSCS card qualification
  • Use of Viewpoint drawing management system
  • Proficient use of Auto Cad
  • Management of technical fees and services cost to complete
  • Continued professional development and keeping up to date with changes within the industry
