{"title": "Technical Coordinator", "description": "We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the control of the complete design process, involving the management of consultants, liaison with statutory and local authorities, and other internal and external stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to ensure that designs comply with all necessary legislation, associated standards, and Vistry Group specification, policy, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the design process, including the management of consultants and liaison with statutory and local authorities
* Ensure designs comply with all necessary legislation, associated standards, and Vistry Group specification, policy, and procedures
* Coordinate submission of designs and securing technical approvals for agreements such as S104, S38 & S278
* Provide information for Housing Association contracts and attendance of progress meetings
* Assist the Land, Planning & Development teams with advice during the land acquisition stage
* Chair predevelopment meetings with external consultants and internally within the business unit

Requirements:

* Proven ability in a Senior Technical Coordinator role of delivering design for projects on time, to budget, and quality standards with high customer satisfaction results
* Excellent organization and time management with ability to multitask
* Principle Designer and associated Health and Safety training/qualifications
* CSCS card qualification
* Use of Viewpoint drawing management system
* Proficient use of Auto Cad
* Management of technical fees and services cost to complete
* Continued professional development and keeping up to date with changes within the industry
