Bridge Project Concerned Other Worker

About the Role
The Bridge Project is seeking a Concerned Other Worker to join our multi-disciplinary team in Bradford. As a Concerned Other Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering support to individuals affected by someone else's substance misuse.
Key responsibilities include brief interventions, assessing needs and risk, providing a structured programme of individual support, and onward referral and exit planning. You will work closely with the team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained.
To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years' full-time experience of working within social and/or a health care setting, managing a caseload. You will also require good listening and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide information and practical/emotional support to concerned others.
We are looking for someone who is committed and passionate about this field of work, with a positive and engaging approach. You will be highly organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively and self-generate and respond to internal referrals.
