Project Manager Opportunity at McBains

McBains is seeking an experienced Associate Project Management professional to join our dynamic Project Management team in Maidenhead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects and managing multiple clients within the education and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day project delivery and management
  • Client engagement and relationship development
  • Project strategy and delivery development
  • Establishing effective processes and systems
  • Cost planning, feasibility studies, and optioneering
  • Change management assessment, tracking, and reporting
  • Risk management and value management
  • Supply chain management and procurement
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and designers
  • Managing sub-consultants and construction managers
  • Attending and chairing meetings
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in project management
  • Excellent verbal, numerical, and written communication skills
  • Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
  • Flexible and able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stages of delivery
  • Experience in large project delivery (up to £100m)
  • JCT and NEC experience
  • BTR experience
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary organization
  • Assisting in new business development and identifying cross-selling opportunities
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
